 Antique Hubley Cast Iron Wedding Basket Door Stop . It is all original .     It was hand painted .    It measures 5.75 x  4"  and about 1" deep.   It is heavy for the size   The condition is good however the paint is worn off on many places as you can see in the pictures.  The paint that does remain is colorful.
